Matching serial number specs

    Hello,

    I recently ordered a set of wedges that I wanted the exact same specs as my current wedges.  (x100's soft stepped once, 2* flat)

    I gave the serial number of my current wedges thinking they would have all the info on file (length, lie, loft, swingweight, soft/hard stepped, etc.)

    When I received my wedges I put them side by side just for the heck of it, and to my disappointment the steps didn't line up.  Meaning they weren't soft stepped.  I called titleist and they confirmed that the soft stepping didn't show up under either of the serial numbers.

    Is that normal?
