  1. Say I have a few clubs that aren't going to be released until mid May. Is it possible to send them in to titleist to get re shafted and have the lie angle bent right now?  I will still be purchasing a few when they are released in May as well. Please make my day and say yes!!

    Thanks!

We're not sure we understand your question with the information given...However, you can visit a Local Authorized Titleist Retailer and discuss the potential of sending club product into us for lie angle bending.  They can call our customer service team on your behalf with all the required information and inform you on your options from there.

  3. 712U's!! I already got the guy at my store to call and ask, but this was awhile back before we got confirmation they were going to be released in mid may.  They said to wait until we find out if its coming to retail. Now that we know it is, it should be fine to send it in?

    Thanks

    Cool setup for sure!

Do the 712U 3-4 iron have less offset than the AP2 (3-4 irons)? I'm thinking about going to a similar setup next year (5-9 MB then 2-3-4 with 712U.

If you've played the AP2 long irons, can you compare them to the 712u?

    Thanks!

  8. Here is a pic of the 4 irons side by side.  712u is on the left and ap2 on the right.  The offset looks pretty close on both.  I think the camera angle makes the 712u looks like it has more offset than it really does.  Hope this helps!

It sure does help! It looks like the top lines are pretty similar and so does the offset... Can you see the muscle back on the 712U at the adress position (3 iron)? Have you played both? how do they compare?

  10. Here is a picture of a 712u 3 next to a 712mb 3 iron.  It's basically a 712mb on a ton of steroids.  The top line is pretty thick, I think its just a tad thicker than the ap2's.  I will attach a picture of a 712u 4 iron and ap2 4 iron.

You can see some of the muscle back on the 712u's, more on the 2 iron and not so much on the 3 and 4.  I haven't had a chance to hit them yet, but they look great at address and I know I will love them.

I'm not sure why the pictures turned sideways.  The 712u in on the bottom in both pics.  The camera always make clubs look different than they really are.

Let me know if you want any more pics.

That is great stuff! So the transition from the 712MB 5 iron to the 712U 4 iron is pretty easy I guess? Other than the larger topline, the offset and blade lenght look to have the same kind of progression!?!

This is great stuff! thanks a lot!!
