Titleist 714 Line

    Hi All,

     

    Just saw the new line of 714 irons and I must say they look great.  Especially like the AP2 irons.  Those seem to have greatest change esthetically.

    What does everyone else think?

     

    Hope to be able to test them soon.

    I really hope they take the MB/CB and FORGED off the MB and CB's. plain satin with just Titleist would be the best ever!!

    I like the look of the new 714 AP2 too. I've been holding out for these to be release to upgrade my irons. I can't wait to try them out.

    It would be interesting to know what improvements Titleist has made with the 714 line.

    Great post Sean. I was waiting to see if this would get posted. I'm really impressed with the new line up as well. Titleist has definitely listened to what the consumers have been asking for. I really like the look of the AP2's. I'm also impressed with the loft changes on parts of the 714 line up. Can't wait to test these out and place my order. Hey Mitch I hope a few select Team Titleist members get a chance to get a sneak peak of the new line up *HINT HINT* ;) Lol! Cheers Shawn

    Was at Eagle"s Nest this month for an iron fitting with the best, Chris Welton and

    got my specs. I was going to place my order for a set of 712 AP2"s but after seeing

    the pics of the 714"s I'm wondering if I should wait. Just wondering what you meant

    Shawn about the loft changes on parts of the 714 line? Anxious to get a set in the bag

    so I can finally be 100% Titleist. As well, I hope to be one of the lucky members to be chosen

    for a sneak peak at the new line up this fall.

    Hi Sean,

    Totally agree, they look awesome, lets hope they feel and play as good as they look. I will be going for the AP2's.  Can't wait for the release date to be announced.

    I like the new look! Might have to consider upgrading from the 710 AP2s.

    Just wondering why the AP2 still has a chrome finish on the backs where the AP1s seem to be all satin.  I was really hoping the AP2s would go the way of MB and CB and be fully satin.

    Hey Titleist if you need any testers, let me know :P

    I'd love to swing those 714 AP2's!  All the iron models look aesthetically pleasing!
