I caved in my titleist 910 d2 face, is it true that titleist sends you a brand new one?

John,
I apologize for the tardiness of my reply.
In regards to any warranty issues with Titleist golf clubs, they go through a warranty process in which they are inspected. If they are deemed under warranty we will replace with the same model or closest comparable depending on availability of components.
In order to start the process I recommend taking your club to a local authorized Titleist dealer and they will then in turn call us for a return authorization number (RA). At that point the club will be shipped to us to start the process to determine if the product is under warranty.

I bought the club as a demo at golftown, does that change the warranty? Also how long would the process take?
The 910 series of metals are still covered under warranty so we would just need to inspect it and if deemed under warranty, replace as needed.
In regards to timing, it is usually a very quick turnaround time. On a safe side I would quote 7-10 business days (can change depending on location within the country as we are located just north of Toronto).
Ok, thanks for the help.
