Long story short, a friend & I travelled to Royal Montreal GC for this years Quebec Amateur and stayed at a hotel downtown. Woke up in the morning to the car window smashed in and the car emptied, including our golf clubs & accessories in the trunk. A total of easily 15K worth of stuff, thankfully my golf clubs were covered under my home insurance & I received 5K to replace them after my 700$ deductible.
My previous set was:
913 D2-RIP Phenom 60X
913 F- Alpha RIP 70X
913 H- Tour V2 89X
712 MB 4-9 Proj X 6.5 (Non Flighted)
SM4 Vokeys 48-52-56-60 Proj X 6.5 (Non Flighted)
TM Manta 33"
College Golf Bag
I ordered this full set last Tuesday & as of yesterday I received EVERYTHING I ordered except for the 712U which I believe are a hot commodity right now. It was an add on to my list because I had some extra cash after I had replaced everything else so decided to add it in as a spare club to have. Absolutely amazed at the service from Titleist, especially since my wood shafts were backordered. Happy to say I got the clubs in time for my club championships this weekend!!
Now my current set looks like this.
913 D3 Tour ADBB 6X
913 F Tour ADBB 7X (See Question Below)******
913 H Tour ADDI HYB 85X
712 AP2 4-9 KBS C-Taper S+
SM4 48-52-56-60 KBS C-Taper S+
Scotty Cameron GoLo 33"
I went with the C-Tapers instead of the Project X 6.5's that I had in my MB's to help lower the ball flight with the AP2's & after 2 rounds with them am really liking the results. I got fitted for the Tour AD shafts when I was originally fitted but could not afford the price tag for the up-charge on them but since insurance was covering the damages I figured why not help my resale value this time around, they are unbelievable!!!
Question***
My 913F came with a Blue weight & I believe it is suppose to come with a Red one. Can someone confirm this for me, my hybrid & driver have a red weight in them but the 3 wood has a blue coloured weight & I'm almost positive my previous 913F had a red one as well. Is this a mistake made when the club was being made?
Thanks,
JR
