I have been playing the Pro V1 for a little while now and I absolutely love it. Only problem is the cost. I seem to lose a ball or two every time I play and as a result am frequently buying a new package of Pro V1's.

Any recommendation on another ball that plays like the Pro V1 but is a bit cheaper and softer?

I've tried the NXT Tour, but haven't gotten the same results as I have with the Pro V1 and I really notice the difference sometimes.

Try the velocity for drives and use your pro V1s for chipping and putting. It works well for me.

Im The same as Maxime I have switched to the Velocity im getting the same results with drives and long iron shots. But around the green nothing beats the ProV1 or the ProV1x. Cheers Steve H.

When it comes to balls you get what you pay for so to speak ,  titleist makes incredible balls across the board but when it comes to feel and shot making capabilities the proV1/proV1x have no rival.

You can always purchase the "practice" pro v1.   They come brand new from titleist and are usga approved.  There is practice stamped on them but the performance is great for usually 29.99,   I use them from time to time but still stick to the non practice Pro Vs for tournament play.

No matter what your level is its amazing what the pro v series balls can do for you.
