Sean...
I remembered seeing a notice last fall regarding the closing of the National Fitting Center. Here is the notice which was posted last year on November 4th.
Good Morning,We wanted to post a notification to our most loyal Titleist brand supporters in Ontario that the Titleist National Fitting Centre will be closed for the season starting this Wednesday, November 6, 2013.
If you would like to get fit for Titleist club product beyond this date, please book an appointment at a local Titleist Authorized SureFit Partner such as Golf Lab or Whistlebear. We will post a notification in the spring as to when the Titleist National Fitting Centre will re-open for club fittings.Best,Mitch DTeam Titleist Canada
If I remember correctly we had some snow early in November so I would guess that the center will likely close again in early November (or sooner) given the long term forecast is calling for some of the white crap during the last week of October this year :(

Hi Shawn,Great question. As per Darius' note, we close down the Titleist National Fitting Centre in the winter. We essentially stay open as long as possible in the fall until the snow starts flying and the temperature starts really dropping. Similarly, we'll start back up as early as possible in the spring when the snow has melted off the turf and has been given adequate time to dry and set.
In short, we don't have an exact day right now but staying open quickly becomes week-by-week or even day-by-day come November. Please click here for more information on the Titleist National Fitting Centre and/or to check appointment availability online before booking an appointment. If you have any other questions please don't hesitate to let us know. Thanks,Mitch DTeam Titleist Canada
sounds good, thanks guys

Hi Shawn
I was having the same issue last year on when would be the best time last fall or spring. I waited util the spring but I wish I did it in the fall. The season started a little late this year and not hitting balls outside for 6 months delayed my fitting until later in may. Then the turn around to order and get clubs. If you get fit know you will have a good amount of time to get it into the bag before the snow melts. I will be getting fit for the new 915 metal this fall so I am not switching clubs mid season. hope that helps

Hey Guys,
New TT member and want to switch to Titleist clubs. Looking at doing an entire bag fit...maybe before the National Fitting Centre closes. Do we get fit on grass there at Eagles Nest? Or has it switched to carpet by now? Can somebody from the NFC email me to discuss?
Thanks
Matt
Hi Matt,Great to hear that you're looking to make the full switch. We're confident that you'll be impressed with the improved performance in your bag and on your score card.
We hit off the grass deck for as long as mother nature allows. Sometimes we're forced to move inside as the weather becomes a little dicey at this time of year. You can learn more about the Titleist National Fitting Centre here.
The next available Full Bag Fitting available right now is October 23rd. You can check availability and book your appointment here.
If you have any other questions please let us know.We look forward to seeing you Matt.Cheers,Mitch DTeam Titleist Canada
Thanks Mitch for the reply,
Unfortunately I'm unavailable until the beginning of November. It is harder to coordinate as I am from Nova Scotia. I might have to wait until you announce the spring dates.
Thanks!
Thanks Mark
that makes sense, i had really hoped to get fit this fall, but i live far away and my schedule doesnt look good. Would have been nice to have them over the winter ready to go for spring.
bit of a silver linning, i am able to hit irons in my gargage, and i do plan on a swing change over the winter (very flat at top of backswing), so if i am able to work on my swing over the winter maybe it does make more sense for the spring fitting.
I am booked for Oct 22 with Chris. 915 metal fitting so if the weather does not cooperate we can hit from inside through the bay doors so will still see the ball flight. Then I will have the off season to get them in the bag and sell off my 913s
