    Please post the colour of the play number on the golf balls you received or email us at TeamTitleistCA@acushnetgolf.com.  We can then reply with the link.

    This is the first we have heard of anyone not being able to access the survey.  We can email the link to you but need to know which colour the play numbers are on your golf ball.

    I was not able to access the link on my Ipad but was successful on the PC.
