Recently started the switch to Titleist. I got the AP1-714 and a new SM4 wedge. Hoping Santa will bring me the new driver. I Have only hit them in a simulator and was impressed. Can't wait till spring to see how they perform.

    Congrats on your new acquisition...

I have the 712 AP1's and love them. Tried out the new 714's at the range and was impressed. All the best in the 2015 season, and hope your Christmas whish comes true :)

Congratulations! A nice set of irons for sure. Like Darius I have the AP1 712's and thoroughly enjoy them. I'm sure you will get a lot of enjoyment out of yours next season.
  4. I am as excited as you are.  I finished my fitting on Monday and today I went in and ordered my new AP2 irons.  I got a fantastic price at Woodstock Meadows (Henry continues to amaze me.  Smartest and nicest golf guy in all of southwestern Ontario)  A big thank you also to Tom Farlow at the golf school out there as well for a truly educational and fun fitting.  Can wait until spring.

Hi Dean, I also bought the 714 AP2 irons, mine are with KBS C Taper R Lite shafts and Winn dry grips.  Very important that you state what swing weight you prefer at the time of the order.  The AP2 irons show a D2 swing weight on their web page but... only if ordered with True Temper Dynamic Gold shafts and Titrleist Tour Velvet grips.  If you order a lighter or heavier shaft and grip it can significantly change the swing weight from what you may have thought you were going to get.  I specified D2 swing weight when my order was placed earlier in 2014 and couldn't be happier with my 714 AP2 irons... absolutely love them.

Too cold to golf today but... I did get a round in yesterday afternoon with my winter set of irons, original AP1's (ground was too frozen to risk using my new irons).  I'd like to take this opportunity to wish Mitch and his Team Titleist Team (you guys are great) and my fellow Team Titleist members a healthy, prosperous, and Happy New Year.  Here's hoping for an early, warm, dry spring and lower scores
