Hi,
I would like to know if it's possible to just purchase the CB heads. I already have a set of KBS C-Tape lite shafts in my house and I would like to use these shafts. Is that even possible?

Unfortunately Titleist will not sell heads only, you will have to buy a full set and then sell the shafts.
