So, the 915D4 is finally available for order, and only as a "MOTO" product. As I understand it, the MOTO line is, as the name suggests, only built to order. That, I presume means I will never see a 915D4 sitting on a rack at a store. The way I understand it, the difference between a MOTO and a non-MOTO is that there is no "stock" configuration for a MOTO product. However, I was surprised that there is a 915Fd listed as MOTO product. What's the difference between the MOTO 915Fd and the "off the rack" 915Fd? Since the non-MOTO version could be built to my specs, how is the MOTO different? Does the MOTO version come with a more extensive list of custom options? Regards, -- Kevin

    Kevin,

    Thanks for the note.

The Titleist MOTO (Made Only To Order) Program was just recently launched in the U.S. market, at the current time it is the only market in which these clubs will be available.  This would include both the D4 driver as well as the Fd that you are refering to.

In regards to the MOTO Fd, this is actually an 18* loft that is not currently available with our in line product.  The MOTO program is the only place in which you could find this club, as you alluded to earlier it is available only to order and will not be stocked in golf shops (U.S. only).

To comment on the custom options, there will be no additional shafts or custom options available outside the very specific performance characteristics of the product.

Will the 915 Fd 18* be available to Collegiate Players through their school's collegiate program?

    Thanks,
