    We recently asked Brand Ambassadors & golf ball loyalists to fill out a Team Titleist "Application".  Hopefully you have had a chance to check them out.  If not, you can take a peak here:

    Now it's your turn! Click on the application below to open and print out your own.  Fill out the fields and be sure to design your own golf hole as well. 

    Come back and share your application in this thread and we'll randomly select 3 winners who will receive:
    1 dozen Pro V1 or Pro V1x Golf balls
    1 Team Titleist Cap
    1 Team Titleist Divot Tool
    1 Team Titleist T-Shirt

    Like the rest so far, I have also created a par 3. Very interesting designs to date. This is the first time I have ever been asked to design a hole. Kind of fun :)
    For the record - should I be fortunate enough to win, I would like the XXL tee shirt for my wife. After all - I could use the points !

    Congratulations to all the winners. Definitely some interesting hole designs submitted by TT members. Mitch's design is a hole made for those who cannot hit a straight ball off the tee. Simply aim down the middle and your push, pull, draw, or fade will save you :) The second shot better be on target though. IOver all, I did notice a lot of holes designed with water. Thrown all those holes together into one course, and I would certainly go through a lot more golf balls in a season than I do now !
