    After 75 rounds with my new AP3s, my opinion has not changed since I purchased them. Quite simply, they are the best irons I have ever hit. My distance control is better than it has ever been. I am also hitting them dead straight. Now my biggest challenge is to get more distance off the tee so that I can get an iron in my hand more often.

    Bob - I have to agree... I absolutely love my AP3's since I got them last fall. Apart from my short stint where I lost my swing, the irons have been awesome :)
    Last fall I also purchased a new 917 D2 driver and that gave me the length off the tee I had been missing so I am now playing as well at the age of 62 as I did when I was in my early 50's.
    Since my swing change I am playing with a bit of a draw with my AP3's, but they still land soft as they come in from a great height. That is thanks to Chris Welton as he made sure that during my fitting we got the right shaft in my irons so that the distance carried is typically the distance intended with the shot.
