"test balls" I have played two rounds of golf with the test balls and they are not willing to go in the water or the woods. I hit the cart path once on a tee shot and the ball was just slightly scuffed. Distance off the tee seems comparable to the ProV 1x. The greens I was playing on had just been punched and trying to determine how the ball reacts was impossible. Over all I really like the ball.

Received a e-mail asking for my comments on the test balls I SHOULD HAVE received.
I thought nice, but I have not received any test balls.
Went to check my mail for the day and low and behold, there was the sleeve of balls. Unfortunately, the weather went bad as far as temperature was concerned and could not try them for a week.
Finally, got a nice day this week, played nine holes and was impressed by the feel of the ball strike off of all clubs. Both driving and fairway shots produced very good distance and control, chip shots are my weakness and even they seemed to improve. Putting was great, even on fast surfaces!

The new titleist balls are an improvement from last years model. They fly quite well into the wind, and spin very well with the scoring clubs. I am getting about 7 extra yards with the new ProV1x than last years model. The cover seems more durable than before. It is a better ball from tee to green. That why it is hands down the number 1 golf ball brand in the world. Keep up the great work!!!!

Received e-mail survey re test balls and how I liked them.... No balls received then 3 days later they showed up. Well, finally played them today. Managed to play same ball for entire 18 holes. Distance was longer off tee, ball flight trajectory seemed higher with all clubs. Spin and control inside 150 was very impressive. Drop and stop within 12-18 inches it seemed all day. Filled survey out this evening, very impressed. I usually play Pro V1X...First impression of Test balls is better. I probably need a few more sleeves to have a fair testing comparison and would be happy to continue testing. Thanks Team Titleist.
