If there are no posted ball fittings in your area, the fitting/golf ball fitting has a selection guide. The best performance will be one of the urethane balls (Pro-V1, -V1x, and AVX). At the other end of the spectrum if you tend to lose multiple balls per round, then TruSoft or Velocity are options. My particular fitter/coach is also a Premier Titlist fitter, and we did a ball fitting in WI at The Beloit Club (saw you listed Chicago area) as part of my spring "tune-up for club gapping.
