Does anyone play an steel shaft in his hybrid?

Is there a difference in feel?

    Thanks for the help

I have tried it. Obviously feels heavier...I preferred the feel of graphite much more With all the different weight options available in graphite hybrid shafts...I would much rather go with a heavier graphite for better overall feel I use the 'Ahina 90, which combined with the 910H, feels great!

Can't speak for Titleist, but can for Ping or Nike. There is a bit more feedback with a steel shaft (i.e., vibrations). Graphite has a softer feel vs steel and it dampens any vibrations from the clubhead (maybe Sensicore steel shafts may dampen vibrations -I know they do on DCI irons). I have had a handful of hybrids with steel shafts (Nike CPR-3 Wood, Taylor Made Rescue, Ping G10 and a couple Snake Eyes) and some with graphite (Nike CPR-3 Wood, Nike SQ, Big Bertha Heavenwood, Taylor Made Burner Rescue). With a steel shaft you are more likely to pull the ball on an aggressive hit; with graphite it is more likely to fade (this is at least what I have experienced anyway). There is more control of direction with a steel shaft since it is less likely to twist at impact.

    Bob,

I used to play a steel shaft in my 909 hybrid to keep the ball flight/spin down and it  for the fact that it felt very stable.  I use a graphite shaft in my new 910, because the combination of the adjustability of the head and advance technology in todays shafts, gives me everything I was looking for in a steel shaft, but with better feel.
