    What is your setting??? Why???

Since its getting the end of the season for us... I've been tinkering with my driver's setting, trying to cure the slice. Fade has already been my natural shot shape. I am just finding the setting that will give me a more consistent ball flight. Though I've played the past season on A1 setting, now I want to maximize the 910's advantage.

    carlo,

i think what you need to understand first is why you are slicing the ball.  what are the mechanics in your swing that's producing a slice and what is the path of the clubhead coming into the ball?

for me, i have a slightly over the top flip that creates a shot that starts left and draws from there - pretty bad combination.  so i adjusted my 910d3 clubhead to b-1.  the open clubface counteracts my flip and provides more of a straight shot instead of a "start left and keep on going left" shot.

in my 17* hybrid, i've set it to c-1 to decrease loft (since i use it as my 3 wood) as well as straighten out my left draw.

hopefully all this will change if i have time to work on my swing mechanics over the winter.  good luck to you!

Were you fitted? The Titleist rep fitted me and I am on A-2 for the driver. I need to get fit for hybrid because A-2 is not working on that club!!!!

I wasn't fitted for the driver... it was one of the things wherein I didn't like my old driver (909D Comp) so I just wanted to buy the latest Titleist driver. I bought it a little over a week when it came out last year (either that or a snow blower). I spent a good amount of time hitting the D2 and D3 plus the different lofts and shafts they had. I based my choice on feel and results (simulator). No regrets though...
