Newport 2 mid, custom shop

    I was wondering how it works if i ordered a newport 2 mid (need to get fit first) and wanted to have some custom work done to it.  Could i order it from my local shop and have them get it shipped straight to the custom shop with my requests?

    i was looking to get the "jet setter" package, but didn't see any option for the all black grip, will this be available soon?

    You can order all your customization on the "custom shop" site (http://www.scottycameron.com/customization/modifications.asp?mp=1&st=customization), prepay that portion and they give you a work order number.  Take that work order number to your local pro shop and place the order for your putter with that number.  We will build the putter and send it to Scotty for the customization and then it will be shipped to you.  Or you can get your putter from your local shop, fill out the customization and ship it back yourself.

    It is usually much faster if you ship it directly to the Custom Shop. I have done it in the past and it is pretty smooth.
