Players call us all the time to check on their orders.  What they may not realize is that we can't give out information without the account's permission since we are selling to the account and the account is selling to you.   What we usually do is to call the account and ask for their permission to give out information to the player.  

You can contact your pro shop even though the fitter is out of town.  They should be able to give you the shipping information because we give a ship date to everyone that place orders.   Orders are taking between 3-4 days (custom) and 1-2 days (stock) right now unless a component is on backorder.
