The website says that the D2 is available in 7.5 degree loft, but I can't find one anywhere. Does anyone have an idea as to where or how I can track one of these down? And is there an extra charge for the 7.5 loft?

Unless an account has ordered one for their stock, you will not find one in a pro shop. You can order them through any Titleist shop and there is no extra cost. The D2 7.5° head is available now, but the D3 7.5° head is backordered for another month.
