i bought into the hp's advice that titleist is the best made club.  bought the whole schmele, from driver to scotty new newport 2.

results since june llth couldn't be more pleased.  sold RBZ, miz MP63, powerbilt wedges, and Ghost putter and the miz. bag went all titleist all way and am thouroughly enjoying it.

Just did the same thing myself yesterday. D3, 910F, 910H, Scotty Newport, two sm wedges and the AP1's. I'm afraid to hit them. Thay look way too pretty to dirty up:). Traded in mizzy's and Cally woods and the Yes putter.

Now I need to work on the adjustments. The driver and F is set at A1 and the H is at A4.

going thru an adjust period, short and small i hope, but clubs couldn't perform better.  they look, feel and perform just as i expect when i hit them.  i bought the mb blades, and they rock.  i love the 910 d 3 the fairway and the hybrid.  i am a traditionalist and purist when it comes to golf, and the titleist clubs go back to the day when only the better players used them.  i sure wish i had moved in this direction before.

    thanks

You'll be glad that you made the switch! What kind of driver/irons, etc., did you get?

august 31st and still absoultely in love with these clubs.  the forged feel of the irons and the click of the metal 910's are just flat awesome.  handicap coming down and ball going in the middle.  i couldn't be happier.

great investment.  lot of dough, but worth every penny.

Slowly morphing to a full Titleist bag.

    Titleist complement:

    910F 19* fairway 41.5" shaft B3 setting

    910H 24* hybrid 39" shaft C3 setting

    AP1 7-PW

    Vokey Spin-Milled c-c 50-08 (bent to 49 and shortened to 35.25") and 54-14

    SM4 60-10 (bent to 59)

    Non-Titleist complement

    Burner 2007 HT Draw driver

    White Hot 7H putter

    Superfast 2.0 6-27 hybrid

Possibilities are a 910D2 12* driver and 910H 27* hybrid but the other clubs are go-tos.

Good Luck with the new sticks Bobby.   Could not have made a better investment in your game.   I love MB blades.  I play 695MBs and will be upgrading next year.  Don't think I'll swap my 905T driver because it's straight and long.

    I have 910F 19*, 910H 24* (both at B3 and 1/2" shorter than standard), AP1 7-PW, Spin-Milled c-c 50-08 (49) and 54-14, SM4 60-10 (59).

I just put my Superfast 2.0 6-27H on Craig's List yesterday (no sense having a loft separation of 1.5 deg and the 910H actually feels much better).

May contemplate replacing my 2K7 Burner HT Draw with a 910D2 12* (probably set at B3) but my driver has been serving me well for almost 2 years now and it will probably break before I get another one.  It even beat out an R11 in a side by side - further justifying not to spend $400 for the latest driver.

Putter - White Hot 7H.  Paid $69 for it used and spent $20 for a fitting.  It has saved me 2-3 strokes per round.  Unfortunately can't justify spending $350 for a Scotty.

I do have a "Billy Baroo" in the bag.  A Louisville HL3 34* persimmon hybrid that I call "the Screwy Louie Attack Hybrid".  It is 150 yards with just about 100% carry and I bust it out for those special shots (even has a Chicago Bears headcover).

I like the penetrating ball flight of the 910s.   I can also hit stingers and choke down shots with them.

I carried Eye 2 Blue Dot irons for a year before changing them to AP1s  (did so in March this year) and gained 1 club. The 7 iron in my AP1s is 1/2* upright and the rest are 1* upright.

The 60-10 has been my greenside bunker weapon since May (I played with SM c-c 58-04 and 62-07 for 9 months and traded them for this and it does a lot more and stops the ball better than the 62).   The 50-08 has been my main approach weapon for a year now.   I carried a 54-11 (bent to 55) for a year and a half and changed to a 54-14 (mainly to fall in line with the AP1s and because I like the sole of it vs the SM4); the 54-14 actually works on tight lies (I play a digging shot in that case).

I just won the 910H 27* hybrid on eBay.   Can't believe that one of the other two didn't try to outbid me with 2 seconds left (that happened last time I tried to bid for a 27 - this time I got the club $10 cheaper than what the winning bid was on the last attempt).  It has the correct shaft and all I have to do is have the length adjusted to 38.5 (with Excel RF grip) and then have Surefit setting at B3.   This will complete my setup from the 7 wood (19* set at 20.5) down to the lob wedge.
