Will the same 910 Surefit Tool still work with the newly designed hosel of the 913 F/H?

Will the 913 H be initially released in both RH/LH for 17-19-21-24-27 degree lofts, as there are in the 910 H?

    Dare I ask - will there be a 30/31 degree (6I) equivalent 913 H?

What will the standard shafts be for the 913 H?

Will the primary OEM still be the Bassara?

    Thank you!

I would absolutely love a 913H 31* and a 913F 24*.    I can hit my 24H ok but not 10 yards more than the 27  (maybe 7 tops).   The 31H would be great because I can set it at 32.5 and take out the persimmon 34 and the 7 iron (if I need a 135-140 shot, choke 1/2").

    Lou -

You do a lot of my thinking outside of the box for me.  I'm pretty solid 6I down and the 4W is primarily off the tee or from under low lying limbs.  Off the fairway with a 5I/24H/21F, I need to determine what my distances are.  I don't think I get 10 yards between each with this combinations of 6I-21F.  I want to see if I can replace the 5I dialing back the 24H or get a 27H dialed up and replace the 5I/4H, and adjusting the 21F.  Replacing the 6I/5I with a 31H  and dialing back the 24H would be an option - if it existed.

We're ingrained to think we need the equivalent of 3I-PW at any speed, and as you note, the players with swing speeds under 90-95 need to look at the gaps and save some weight.

I've not seen a 27 910H LH as a used club, yet.  So I may have to buy one, hence trying to decide to go with this fall or next spring, depending what the options are for a 913H LH.  Especially if the 24/27 are delayed in being released for LH.

We are also ingrained to think we need 14 clubs in the golf bag.   I could cut down to 10 clubs (driver-19, 27H, 8-P, 50-54-60, putter) if I absolutely needed to (I'm used to choking the 7 wood for a 170 shot and can choke down to 140 with the 27H).  I finally got my 24 adjusted for a 10 yard gap with the 27 and refined my lie angle on the  7 iron so I hit it nicely.  Can't part with the 34H.

I'm one of those who repeatedly says "the traditional 1-3-5 wood, 3H, 4-PW, GW, SW, LW isn't for everybody."  My dad even mentioned 5 years ago that his club pro recommends most of the golfers go with a 1-4-7 wood setup, 4H (at a minimum) and no longer than a 5 iron (there are quite a few seniors there also).

To "play better goff" (as the host of the Golf Fix and legendary LT pronounces it), one has to think outside the box.  LT recommended to use a 6 wood instead of a 3 iron in some of his old golf tip videos (used to see a few of the country club golfers using them back in my caddy days).  Those of us formerly in the military are always taught to work smarter and not harder.

I've also often mentioned about carrying an "approach" hybrid of some form or another since 2006.  Amazing what one can do with a 34 or 35* hybrid.  They are handy for carrying hazards when hitting 150 yard approach shots.

I played with a 10 wood for about a year before finding the right 5H (played with an SQ2 for another year before getting my 910H).  I beat the heck out of it but it would drop the ball on a dime from 160 yards.

The 27H could be classified as a "deadly weapon" because the distance is very predictable and it is one of those "can't miss" clubs.

HI Don,  The 910 wrench will work on the 913 hybrids and fairways (as well as the driver) and will be released in 17, 19, 21, 24, 27°.  They are still working on the details as the launch for the hybrids and fairways will not be until early next year.

Thank you.  I'll work on my mid-long collection for the rest of the year, and trust if I need to make some changes that the 913s will be an improvement.  Unlike the trend for square head drivers from others in the past.
