I was just at my local golf pro shop and fitted for a 913D2, 913Fd 15 and 913F 19 clubs using the Bassara W50, W55 and W60 shafts.   I was intending to get the 913H 24 degree to round things out with a transition in to my irons range.
After trying to use the 913H 24 degree for around 25 balls, I was very disappointed with my ability to hit the ball properly.  Tops and shanks 75% off the time.  I then compared the 913H to my current TM hybrid and a TM RocketBallz Stage 2 they had on hand.  The 913H club head is substantially heavier.  We had a Bassara W 60 HYB shaft on it.  We even removed the bottom weight (standard) to see if that helped.  It did make a slight improvement, but it still feels too head heavy for my comfort.   I hit the lighter two TMs 20~25 yards further.
The club weight "feel" transitions from Drivers through Fairways 3 and 5 feels great to me.  When I go to the Hybrid 24, it's like trying to swing something 1~2 pounds heavier.  It is heavier than the 5 Fairway.
I am bewildered.  Am I missing something?  Does it make sense a 24 degree Hybrid weighs more that a 19 degree Fairway?  Maybe I was getting fatigued after the prior 90 minutes of hitting / fitting the other clubs.
Thanks
