Chris:  The answer is yes......That will give you 11.0 degrees loft.  A-4 =  .1.5 at Standard Right Hand lie.......good luck with your adjustments......chuck

You cannot get a 10.50 setting.......If you will follow the chart that is provided it will guide you.....it is pretty easy to follow, even for an old guy like me......

You have a 9.50.....the only settings you can get are 8.75 (<.75)   9.50  10.25 (>.75)  and 11.0 ( 1.50) for right hand......that is the bottom line..... this should take care of your problem.....with all due respect......  :-) 

I don't think you can get 10.5 correct me if i'm wrong but C3  setting on a 9.5 would  equal .75 increase which would be 10.25?

Hi Chris,  If you are RH, the standard setting is A1.  If you would like to keep the same lie angle and just increase the loft 1.5°, move the setting to A4.  Here is the link to the 913 performance guide:  http://www.titleist.com/golf-clubs/913-performance-guide/
