How does the Aldila Tour Blue compare to the Diamana S+ and the Bassara for Titleist? I can see what the comparison chart shows, but I was wondering if there are player swing types better suited to the Tour Blue compared to the S+.

Hi Don
The Tour Blue 65 and the Diamana S+ Blue 62 are both similar in that they are both in the Mid Launch / Mid Spin range. The Tour Blue 65 has a slightly lower torque than the S+ Blue does. The Tour Blue is also slightly heavier, 69 grams in stiff compared to the S+ Blue 62 weighing 64 grams in stiff. The Bassara is going to be the most different compared to the Tour Blue and S+ Blue. The Bassara 50 stiff is the lightest at 51 grams and has the most torque also. The Bassara will launch higher and spin more compared to the Tour Blue 65 and S+ Blue 62 for most players.
Hope these comparisons help.
Thank you

Fitter specific question: I am looking to the new 915D2. I currently am playing a 910D3, 9.5 adjusted to a 10.25 with a Diamana 72 shaft S which seems to set up well for me and my age (68)........I prefer the heavier shafts....my fairway is a Diamana 82 as are my hybrids....I am hearing good things about the new Rogue shafts and I intend on going for a fitting.......would you recommend a 10.5 with the 915D2 and what Rogue shaft would you recommend I try.......
