  2. for players who have numerous hybrids, do you guys see much of a difference between 2 degree in hybrids. just wondering if 2 degree difference will replace my 5 and 6 iron.. thx

Me I do not like the hybrids if you need more distance from your irons try a fairway in 18 or 20% I have a 20% fairway wood and love it. I just do not like the shape of the hybrids does not look right to me. But that is a personal opinion most seem to like them. Test hit a 18% or 20% fairway wood and see what you think. But do a fitting and get the right shaft and flex for you.
  4. I also think it depends on what flight your after, I hit a 7 wood up my nostril but my 19.75° hybrid has a flatter flight. Certainly seeing an increase on tour of 7 woods being used.

With most irons close to $200, hybrids near $280, and fairways far north of $300, I have no problem paying a fitter $75 to gap my irons and put together hybrids and fairways to get a distance gap that works for me. My fitter will reduce/eliminate the fee if it includes new clubs. One wrong club and I've paid a 3x penalty for doing it myself.

I have 2 clubs (6I and 23 hybrid) that don't carry a full 10 yards over my 7I. Once the TSi hybrids and potentially the TSi-1 fairway woods are available for fitting, I want/need to re-gap the upper end of the bag. Since the hybrids are adjustable, you can adjust the 2 degree difference in hybrids to 3 degrees of separation which should give you 10+ yards. Just which ones to choose would be part of the gapping.
