I am contemplating completing my 2021 T100 4-PW by adding a 3 iron a new 2024 T100s 3 iron. My only concern is the gap of 5 degrees from the 21 T100 4 iron(24*) to the new T100s 3 iron(19*) which could be too large?? I could have the t100 s 3iron bent 2 degrees weak to make it 21*. Then ist would be a 3* gap...Anyone have some thoughts for me on this??

T100 3 iron is 21 degrees standard. Personally, I would go for T200 3 Iron Utility build, which is 20 degrees.

Honestly, David, 99 times out of 100 when I’ve seen issues in an amateur’s 3-4-5 irons, it’s been too little distance gap not too much. Not the case with hybrids, mind you, but definitely with the long irons. Good news is, any competent club builder can adjust the loft +/-2 degrees without any problem, so they’re no harm in picking one up (I’d start you at 1 weak) and seeing how it pans out on a launch monitor.

I would go with the T200 3 Iron Utility Build. I have that one, and I love it.
