    Good morning everyone,

    I had some issues with my png g430 driver head and have been playing an older 917 driver that has been going well. I’m now interested in putting a newer head on the old shaft I have and I was curious to know if the adapter had changed between the 917 and the tsi/tsr clubs? If I was to get the GT, I would just get fitted for everything but I was curious to know if this upgrade would work. Thank you!

    Adapters for 917 drivers will fit TS, TSi, TSR, and GT. Should be compatible from 910 model going forward.

    It's the same, but I can almost guarantee a shaft that works in a 917 will not be the ideal shaft in a GT. VERY DIFFERENT performing heads requiring different shaft profiles.

    Shaft tendencies aside, you can plug in any titleist surefit tip with any of the heads that titleist has made. So yes, you can put that shaft in the GT. Good luck!
