First we wanted to thank all of our loyal Team Titleist members for sharing their feedback, stories and experiences with the new 910 fairway metals and hybrids. The momentum has continued to build around this launch and we are thankful for all of your support.

There have been a number of questions posted here on Team Titleist regarding the availability of the SureFit Tour wrench if you purchase a 910F, 910Fd, or 910H and we wanted to provide another update.

As a result of the feedback we’ve received here and in the field, we have provided our fitting and retail partners with an additional supply of extra no-charge wrenches to help consumers that purchase a 910F or H (but do not purchase a 910D).

We encourage you to visit the authorized Titleist retailer where you purchased your 910F or H to learn more about the no-charge wrenches that we have provided. You can also call Cathi and Nick, our VIP club concierge team, at 1-888-TITLEIST and they will be happy to help you out.

Thanks again for the feedback and we look forward to more of your thoughts and comments.

Another reason to play Titleist. They actually care about their customers and listen to their feedback.

I just ordered and received my beautiful 910 FD 15 degree fairway wood, of course, sans wrench.  Thank you for providing them for us.

Why is that just because the 910 Driver has been bought, the tool kits are automatically not available ifor free if you have bought a fairway and/or a hybrid?

I paid in nearly £200 for my fairway and £185 for the hybrid which is the most I have ever spent on any similar category golf club, Titleist or otherwise.  I feel I have a right to these tool kits as part and parcel of the main items.

I can only liken it to purchasing a car or automobile.  If the manufacturer supplies the spare wheel but no jack or wheel brace where does that leave the customer?

If I decide that the fairway and the hybrid are not working out for me and I decide to sell them, the person or persons I sell them to are going to be stuck without the tool kit.  It makes the goods unfit for what they are designed for and therefore unmerchantable.

I tend to feel the same way about the bezel weight kits that are also available as "optional extras".

Come on Titleist, stop being mean and promote your clubs properly!

  7. Hello Team Titleist, I recently purchased the 910F 13.5 degree fairway wood at Golftown in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada and inquired about the Surefit wrench, but they stated it was only available for $25. My opinion is that it should come free with the purchase of the club as the main selling point of the club is the availability to make mulitple adjustments to the clubface. Would it be possible to request a wrench? Thanks! Ken

    Hi Ken,

Thanks for the post. I've passed your note along to the team in Canada so you should be hearing from them soon. Thanks again.

    All the best,
    Mike
