My hole-in-one was made on Thursday July 23rd 2020 at Mahoning Country Club (aka Mogusta) during our weekly golf league. Hole #4 was playing 160 yards and is the number 5 handicap hole on the course. I picked up my trusty 8 iron with confidence. While addressing my Titleist TruFeel, I told my friends Nolan and Craig that I was going to ace it. The rest is history and the celebration began. My first hole-in-one was also made at Mahoning CC in 1997 using a 4 iron on a 184 yard par 3. A Titleist ball was also used. Coincidence ? I don’t believe in coincidences.
