I stepped onto the tee with a 7 iron in hand and felt a wind change in direction against me along with a back right pin position at 145 yards so went back to my cart and pulled a 6-iron without hesitation. I aimed just outside right edge of the green and hit the shot with a nice high draw and watched my Pro-V1 ball hit the right side of the green and spin 2-3 feet to the left and disappear into the cup. My friend Nick called it and said it's "in the cup" and the four of us cheered. I still had doubts that the ball might have been hiding behind the pin until I drove up toward the green. I was obviously ecstatic as I felt it was a well struck golf shot and one of the best shots I've ever hit off a Par 3 tee plus get to see it go into the cup. What a great golf memory for this avid senior golfer. Thanks Titleist!
