  1. I was playing Gamble Sands in Washington State on June 25, 2020. My buddy, Matthew Dexter ( Dex), joined me from Spokane, WA. #16 at gamble sands is a gorgeous par 3 with a massive, undulating green and the pin was tucked on the far right side of the green behind a large mound 178 yards out. I hit a high cut 6 iron that swooped directly at the pin. We could see Dex's ball in the middle of the green as we approached but not mine. Dex said, "I wonder if it is in the hole?!" and sure enough it was!! If you have not played Gamble Sands in Central Washington you need to come check it out. Amazing golf course that is challenging but fair and fun. The next day we played the course again from different tees and it was playing at 210 yards. We both made par but could not duplicate the hole in one.
