Golfing alone early in the morning on Irv Warren Memorial Golf Course at Byrnes Park, Waterloo, Iowa. At the 13th hole Superintendent Tom Klein was mowing the green, then pulled off and waved for me to hit. Hit a 5 iron 161 yards to a back flag location. Could tell I was pretty close, but could still see the ball. Didn't realize it went in until I was up on the green. Mr. Klein said it rolled right in. The reason I could see the ball still was due to covid 19 the staff installed pieces of pool noodles into the holes sothe ball only drops about 1" into the hole. First Hole in One, hope it doesn't take another 60 years to get another one.
