After playing for nearly 27 years I made my first Hole in One. 140 yard par3 14th Hole at Aston Wood Golf Course, using my png G20 7 iron. I tend to hit my irons left to right and so was facing out towards the middle of the lake. I hit it as clean as I could and sure enough the ball came off the club a little left, but straight at the pin. It all seemed like slow motion as my playing partners and I watched the ball clear the lake and land just short of the green, roll up to the pin and plop straight in. I think I could be heard in the clubhouse, apologies to the players on the 8th tea which was close by. Still buzzing and hope to one day have another, let's hope its not another 27 years.
