Was an early morning up at 05:00 for 7:39 tee off time 90 minutes away. Quick dip into Lake Erie at Turkey Point then leave the driveway at 5:30. Arrive at the course around 7. Play the front nine well except for the ninth. Start the back horribly - Double, Bogey, Double. Make a good par on the next hole. Then hit last in our group at the 5th playing 148 into a pretty good breeze. Strike the ball well and it lands just short of Jesse's ball and starts to track toward the cup Bruce yells "Go In" and we watch the ball disappear. It is the first hole-in-one for myself.
