The last week in October and the first week in November will go down as one of the best weeks of my life. My beloved Texas Rangers who had never won the World Series beat the Arizona Diamondbacks 3 straight games in Arizona. They clinched the Series on Wednesday night 11/1/22 and brought a World Series title to the DFW metroplex for the first time. The next day I was invited to play one of my favorite courses, The Tribute in the Colony TX and jumped at the opportunity! It was cool but very nice windy day and I was playing one of the best rounds of my life. I finished the front nine with a 40 with a penalty stroke and three three putts. Not too bad for a 12 handicap but not great either. I started off the back with a bogey when we came to number 11.
