First ever hole-in-one today, and I had witnesses! I play so much as a single I always feared that if I ever got an ace I'd be playing solo, but today it was a full foursome, one of them a regular playing partner, friend and co-worker. We were first ones out this morning, and what a way to start the day, getting an ace on the 4th hole. I hit just a perfect feeling smooth 9-iron, a tight little draw that flirts with the trees on the right, landed just short right of the pin, and I thought it might have rolled just behind the hole, but my friend was sure it went in, and he was right.
