I am going on my 5th hat for this year.  Well I was but chose to buy a regular adjustable hat.  The problem has been just after a few wears (4-5) with a little sweating the front band bunches up and kills your head.  Basically wrinkling up and creating pressure points.  I thought that I was buying the wrong size and still no help trying other sizes.  I talked to the guy at Golfsmith this weekend as well and he said it was a problem with the Titleist fitted hats.  Hell I spent more on hats this season than I have on balls.  Something is wrong there...LOL...  I am sure your team is aware of this, but if not here is my post letting you know.

Hats should last more than 4 rounds.  Can't they do a hybrid band so the front is not elastic and the rear is?  This would solve the problem since the back is fine.  Or at least lower the price to make it less painful to toss a hat after a couple rounds.

I posted a while back on the same problem.  Very disappointing!!!

I have passed your comment and suggestion to our group that works with the caps.  Can you give us a call at Team Titleist? 1-888-TITLEIST.

    Cathi,

I agree with Brian's assessment on the fitted hats.  I love the sports mesh hats.  They look awesome and feel great until the band starts to bunch up.   The only issue is the front  of the band.  This problem doesn't happen with the Titleist visors that I own.  Maybe the same band used on the visors can be used on the front part of the band on the fitted hats?

    Thanks,

    Scott

  5. I have had other issues with the hats.  The interior plastic mesh (behind the lettering on the front) has come undown and is poking me in the head.  I am out to buy my third hat this season.
