I have had issues with my right shoulder for a year and a half. It feels like I have strained the muscle in the area where the bicep and deltoid muscle overlap. I think I did this bench pressing or doing curls at the gym. I have quit doing all upper body machines and the soreness has been less but still remains as a dull aching that never goes away. I also feel weakness when reaching up say to get a water bottle on the upper level rack in the refrigerator and lost strength in anything that is a little hefty. Even putting my standard shift vehicle in reverse, over to the left and up, hurts and sometimes I use two hands to accomplish this. Swinging a golf club does not seem to hurt but after a round or practice my shoulder is a little more sore. I am going to see a orthopedic doctor who specializes in shoulders in a week but just wondered if others that play this game has had a similar situation. I know I am getting older but I really feel that I have lost distance in all clubs and that this shoulder problem may be why. Thanks in advance for any who have been there and done that.
