Boy, that is one tough spot.....but to me it looks like it is in the bunker more than in the turf, so I would say "play it as it lies".

To me, that looks more like a "plugged" lie than an embedded ball. I would say that one is a "play it as it lies" spot. If it was a little higher and plugged into the grass, then I think you'd be entitled to relief.

This was actually worse than the picture showed I believe it was actually "in the bunker" but right were the sand and turf meet.The bunker was under cut of the turf. I did play this shot. Got it out of the trap not on the green. Took boogie. Good news was I didn't hurt my self. Same lie again I'm taking the unplayable penilty the question then is do I drop in the sand or out?

That appears to be in the bunker. I'd play it as it lies followed by a lively session of cussing, whining, and pouting.
