    Hey there all.

I was cast into the committee at my club for our 2019 Fall Mem/Guest Invitational and I’m looking for gift ideas. Typically gifts are fairly nice (leather bags/shoes/sunglasses), so something along those lines.

We are a Titleist supplies venue so...

Would love ideas and/or pics of things you’ve gotten or have seen.

    Appreciate the ideas in advance.

At our member guest this past year, each participant got a Vokey SM7 Wedge. Specs were supplied to the Golf Shop in advance and wedges were ready and waiting in time.

One year we received FootJoy Flip Flop/Sandles (highly coveted for apres golf footwear) and a FootJoy golf glove. We also received other gifts at various holes like sunblock, water, snack bars, tees, etc.

This is the collection from this year's TT Invitational. I always appreciate the Travel Gear and have purchased other pieces on my own. Custom logo shirts and hats for the event is another.

One of the nicest/practical participation gifts I ever received was a soft flip Yeti cooler with club's logo on the top. Great product and will be used by all who receive one. Great promotional tool for your club as well.
  6. At our past Invitational this year, the Titleist and Footjoy reps set up a ‘store’ for players to shop from. The products in the store were discounted from retail, then each player was given a gift certificate to use toward purchase. Players were allowed to purchase any items in the store (or special order) with no limit. The value of the gift certificate was $75.00, but with the discounts from the reps, they were able to get much more than that in value. For example, Footjoy shirts and shorts were listed for sale at $40 each, duffle bags were listed at $75, bags were about 30% off retail, 917 woods, Vokey wedges and Footjoy shoes were also discounted. Golf gloves were $10. The only items on hand that were not discounted were Cameron putters (go figure!). Most guests used their gift certificate and then spent more on additional items as we all know, Titleist is not often discounted. It was well received by the guests and was an overall success. Of note is that this store was set up completely separate from the pro shop. No pro shop merchandise was used in the tournament store. This was a distinct opportunity for the tournament participants only.
