If you were selected to participate in golf ball test panel, the golf balls should arrive within the next week. We look forward to hearing your feedback!

I'm still waiting for mine and it's been over a week since I got the notification e-mail.  It's killing me.  I can't wait to try out the new golf balls.

I tryed the new test balls today. they seemed to get a better arch, longer carry, better flight, and roll.

Got them saturday and played them today. First impressions -  Loved the feel and the ball flight off anything longer than a 5 iron.  They roll awesome with the putter.  Durability has gone backwards, must be trying to deal with the smaller grooves and just went too far.  Even with the softer cover they don't spin any more than the current ProV1's...maybe a little less.  They really launch from the driver and the ball flight was fun to watch.   If they improve the durability and add a little short iron spin then it will be another couple years as the best ball in golf.

I  have played with them twice now. there are some slight differences in feel and ball flight.

    LOVE THEM!

I received my test balls on 8/3/2010 and tryed it against callaway tour ix on Sunday the 5th. I also use a skycaddy that lets me know the distance I hit the ball. On the 4th hole at Taylor Meadows Golf Club. I hit the longest drive of the year 283 yards with the wind compared to 268 yards on the 13 hole with callaway. My ball usely drops and stops with in a few feet of were it lands but with the test ball I backed up at least one ball 5 feet from the pitch mark. I still need to do more testing. But so fare the Titleist test seems to make the grade.

I recieved and tested the golf balls. The feel seemed softer than the current ProV1x i currently play. I enjoyed the feel around the greens. I did not notice an noticable differences in distance. Maybe becaue of the cold weather...who knows. I still continued to scuff them with full wedge shots, no fraying just scuffs. The flight seems a bit higher with short irons. I would play these over the current ProV1x because of the groove changes because i can feel the difference around the greens.

    Cordially,

    Steve
