Very recently retired and I’m a little concerned about staying healthy and active over the winter. After 32 years as a letter carrier I walked 7-10 miles everyday, no matter what. I don’t want to be sedentary, I want to keep moving and strength if for the next season. Trying to go to the gym and may put a indoor driving net and mat so I can hit foam balls and keep what I still call my swing.How do you keep active and in shape for the first round of the new year.
