  1. I had to have a Knee Revision on my Left Knee in April of this year and the road to recovery was tough.I was only 5 years removed from my Knee Replacement when this knee failed. I had to wait 2 months to pick up a club this time and it was 3 more months before I got to play 18 holes. After struggling in the 90's and 80's for a couple of months,I finally shot a 77 in November for my best score of the year. That 77 felt good.

Not a knee. But I'll be going in for hip replacement in January. So I'll be on the shelf and won't be able to swing a club for a while either. Not looking forward to it at all.
  3. I wish you well in your surgery and I hope you are back on the course in the spring.

I'm five weeks removed from my knee replacement and I'm hoping to not have to go through this again. Overall trending towards feeling good, but the peaks & valley days are tough.
  6. Yes they are,I made sure to put in the work to get better so I could play again. I am only 55 and for my first to fail so fast was a shock to the doctors. I had great physical therapists that pushed me to get better. It's good to be back playing at full strength. I don't know if they told you,but it takes a year for knee replacement to completely heal.

Good luck guys! Hang with the rehab. It's tough, but let the thought of getting out and hitting them again get you through it.
