    Naw she's a wimp. She does the same stance no matter what you put on her. We put a feather on her head and she wouldn't keep her head up with that either.

    I was going to say the same thing about the handwritten notes. Cathi is the best!

    I got home from a cart path only round to find a package on the doorstep. Thanks to Cathi, my day was made much brighter.
    The cup, tees, stickers and goodies were unexpected an most welcomed.

    Titleist is number one for good reason and Cathi is number one in my book.

    I'd say Cathi is my favorite concierge, but my father-in-law with 5 daughters always got in trouble if one was ever designated his favorite. I'm really glad Titleist has concierges to work with customers and have some latitude to recognize the customers that support them. They all provide service not available with other companies, and I'm happy that Cathi knows me by name.
