    Cathi - thank you so much for the TT coffee mug. Much appreciated during this holiday season. Team Titleist is the best. However, the delivery company didn't provide the same thoughtfulness as you did:

    What a bummer! I would not be surprised if this wasn't already rememdied by Cathi or another elf, I mean, Team Titleist pro by now. Coffee will taste better in that mug!

    Short of a replacement, I have one I glued together with as good a cement as I could find. I don't microwave it, put in the dishwasher or carry it full by the handle. It has been in use 5 days a week for a couple of years now. Everyone at work knows who the Titleist crazy is.

    I agree with all comments and appreciate each. I was truly surprised when I opened the package. I haven't seen anything from Cathi or TT yet, but will keep all advised.

    Well, I still haven't gotten the coffee mug replaced, but the awesome folks at TT totally redeemed themselves. Got home yesterday to a package from Acushnet - with a hand written note from Mike, a great TT tee shirt, tees and the Titleist decal. I was absolutely floored. What an awesome day. A big "ATTA BOY" to all the staff at TT - thank you so much.
