    It’s time to check off another bucket list destination … we’re excited to announce that we’re headed to Kohler, Wisconsin for the Fourth-Annual Team Titleist Invitational!

    We’ve partnered with Destination Kohler to create a two-day event from August 28 – 30, 2019 and a special package that will help make the experience one you won’t want to miss. And this year, the final round of the event will be played on the Straits Course at Whistling Straits – host of the 2004, 2010 and 2015 PGA Championships, the 2007 U.S. Senior Open and the future site of the 2020 Ryder Cup.

    Wow!! Another phenomenal Team Titleist Invitational event, and at a world class resort. The Straits course is the one course I've always said, if I had to play all my golf for the rest of my life on one course, it would be the one.

    The phone lines are busy! A rash of TT callers? Excited that Day 1 is the River course at Blackwolf Run. It is a unique course with several severe elevation changes. Complete opposite of The Straits. Now the anticipation is arriving at Kohler replacing the anticipation of the announcement.

    You're killing me. Everything about the event was perfect until I saw the dates. It is my wifes birthday and we have travel plans already. She suggested we cancel our trip so I can go to this. Unfortunately, I can't bring myself to do it. Hope you have a wonderful event. I'm seriously envious.

    Maybe she secretly wants a spa day in return. This is a resort with great spouse options when not playing golf.

    Thanks for trying. The trip we have planned is at a resort she picked that is much closer to home. She stills operates her own business and needs to be near the salt mine during that time of year. I would love to take her up on the offer to go. However, the first 30 years of our 48 together amounted to me being gone for work on every birthday, holiday and important event that came and went without as much as a complaint or peep from her. Regardless of how disappointing it is I'm sure I'll survive and look down the road for my chance to visit The Straits and maybe another TT Invitational.

    The jeep is no more. Traded for a 2018 Range Rover. But I will be traveling with Austin DeLucia as his co-pilot.

    It happens to fall on my son's birthday and unfortunately he does not play yet (that would be an amazing present if only he wanted to play).

    Man, as much as I really, really, really want to go, that's way too steep for me. I was actually even thinking about taking out a loan to be able to go. Sucky part is that my birthday is that weekend. Oh well, maybe someday.
