I would encourage everyone if you have the time to go and tour the ball plant. I drove 7 hours from Pennsylvania to do it on my birthday last Friday. It was well worth the drive. If you truly stand behind their product then I recommend going!! I was amazed at the whole process, and after talking with employees they all are passionate about their jobs. Nothing is overlooked.
