I've posted on here quite a bit and maybe there is a secret about this I'm not aware of but it would be nice to see a better notification system here.

ie. if someone commented on my original post just something taking me to that post so I can see it. Or if someone replies to my comment/likes it I can just see that straight up.

Again I could be way off base here and there is something I'm unaware, if so please let me know the secret but if not MODS can we make this happen?

Hey Andrew C, i agree with you. I started a thread asking for TT members advise when getting back after a long break. I never received any notifications when other members commented and I felt bad not responding to them faster. If there is a trick please pass it on. I have also updated my notification setting but doesn't seem like it does anything pertaining to the forums.

If you are interested in a thread, click the follow thread at the top. That is really about all there is for way off notifications.

Tyler, I've tried many times to "follow thread" and I have not received any notifications. I know I am a Vikings fan and not a Cheesehead like yourself, but this possibly is an issue that could be addressed. ;) Schultzy

I kinda like the way this site is set-up. Maybe I'm just old but I don't always need all the bells and whistles. Sometimes low-tech is okay and if I have to make a few more clicks I'm okay with it.

Also Andrew C. (OP) I have to disagree if you think "posting quite a bit" equals 26 posts. Look at some of the others on hear whose numbers are wayyyy higher.

Forum is designed more for information than cross-talk so yes, directly responding with individuals will always be difficult. If you have been away for a while and responses are not current therefore your thread has fallen back a ways, you can go to your profile and scroll down to the bottom. there will he a history of your posts that act as a shortcut so you can catch up quickly. BTW, your comment says you post here quite a bit but the count says you have 26 posts. Some of your post may not be coming across. Make sure "reCAPTCHA" icon is showing up on the bottom right before you hit submit. Cheers.

If the notification doesn't work, you can always save the URL (each post has it's own URL) and maybe start a Team Titleist favorites folder. That way if you want to go back to a particular post, it's right there versus searching for it. I know it might be a lot of work but something temporary.
