Typically, late winter, every two years. So I'm guessing Feb/March, right after the PGA Merchandise show.

HOWEVER, at this point I wouldn't necessarily bet that the new Vokey Wedges will actually carry the SM nomenclature. With Titleist moving away from the 9-series metals line to the new TS-products, and the AP line going away, being replaced with the T-series irons, I would certainly not be surprised if there is a new name for the upcoming Vokeys' launch. I guess that remains to be seen, but I do expect a release of whatever the new wedge series is over the next 5-6 months.

I would guess no sooner than February of next year, after the PGA show in Orlando.
